We will try to return your messages within 24 hours. | Our PoliciesBecause each cake pop and or treat is handmade, dipped, decorated, and wrapped, we request that you place your order 1 week prior to delivery date and depending on where you live in the country you need to allow for a few additional days. You will need to place orders that exceed 100+ pops 2 weeks prior to deliver date. Deliveries may be available depending on the time and location with a small fee. Orders placed within 3 days of the required date will be subjected to a minimum rush fee of $10 Orders exceeding 100+ treats will be subjected to a $15 fee but may be declined depending on the high volume of customer orders at the time requested. Cancellations should be reported at least 72 hours prior to delivery/ shipment date or a 30% cancellation fee will be charged. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

During summer months we encourage express shipping and Creative Indulgences will provide each shipment with an ice pack to help keep your treats as sweet and cool as possible upon arrival.
